Existing file labels and embedded lyrics are also checked. An 18+ label requires an adult account; other eligible files will still upload.

Formats & permissions

MP3, M4A/AAC, FLAC or WAV. Up to two hours per file. Lower bitrates are preserved; higher-rate audio uses your selected 320 or 192 kbps limit. No low-rate audio is upscaled. Final duration and processed size are checked during import.

Make more room

192 kbpsSave space
Existing audio is reduced once

For the best result, choose 192 kbps when uploading your original files. Reducing a stored copy can lose more detail and cannot restore the original quality.

We replace a file only after its new copy passes validation and is saved. Artwork and playlists stay with it; the old cloud copy is queued for cleanup. Your files on your computer are untouched.
